Very similar to the award winning Vasque Blur Trail Running Shoe, the Vasque Men's Mercury Trail Running Shoe offers the same great underfoot support but uses synthetic leather in place of microfiber in the upper. Although the shoe still feels nimble on paved stretches this does add three ounces to the overall weight. Still, the synthetic leather does enhance stability and provide greater protection in cold weather and on rough trails.
